the uber-cicle

this monster was hanging outside and i just had to have it. this was my red ryder, and oh yes, it was mine. there is another chongo (meaning: larger than life) icicle forming as we speak. i shall wait for it to mature, before going in for the kill.

if you look close enough, you can see it has a mini-me attachment ontop, that i would like to call the "bonus bang"....

so christmas is upon us... we've finished all our christmas shopping, have the presents all wrapped and ready to go.. tomorrow we brave the drive from chicago --> lansing and then eventually midland... work always lets us out early before holidays, so i'm hoping to be on the road by 1 or 2-ish, probably just in-time to be cocked up in chicago traffic...

the next 2-3 weeks are going to go fast... with christmas and monday off, then new years eve (party in the city) and that monday off, then aruba that friday, the time is going to fly...

today we took a trek to chinatown for some dim-sum lunch... daahhhmmm, we drawwped that shit like it was hawwwt... with full bellies (of an eclectic cornucopia of shrimp, rice, beef, pork, taro, and chicken feet) and my taro milk bubble tea, i lethargically headed back to work... it reminded me of the times in high school, when we would all pile into blazey and make a brief exodus out to the rally's (which was all the way across town) for burgers... all crammed into a lunch period span of about 45 min... those were good times..

times as good as the times that will be had with the uber-cicle....
